You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your Premium features stay active through the end of the period you've already paid for, and you're never charged again after cancelling. Cancelling never deletes your tasks — your data stays put and your account drops back to the free tier.

If you purchased directly and aren't happy, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right. Subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to their refund policies — reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.

Absolutely. You're in control of your data and can delete individual tasks, whole folders, or your entire account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your data from our systems.

Auth0 is the trusted identity provider we use to keep your login secure. It handles authentication so we never store your password ourselves, and it lets you sign in safely — including with social logins — without us having to reinvent security.
